|
Modern and comfortable penthouse 65m2, with privileged views to the Sagrada
Familia monument. Capacity 4/6 persons, category 3 star standard.
Located in Barcelona city center , in the beautiful and lively neighborhood of
the Sagrada Família. On the fifth floor with elevator, exit on the roof,
suitable for sunbathing and lay clothes.
The interior is tastefully decorated with modern and confortable furniture, in
some areas while preserving the modernist style.
Dining- Living room: sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV, DVD, internet
conection with free acces, stereo Hi-Fi , air conditioning and heating. Exit to
,two small balconies with a very sunny position, lovely and nice views to the
Sagrada familia monument.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, washing machine, fridge, kettle, coffee maker,
microwave. 1bath room: WC / bathtub / sink. Mean room: 1 big bed. 1 bedroom. 1x2
bunks.
The Sagrada Família monumet and children play ground located 5 minutes walk,
area surrounded with a nice exteriors terrace, and bars apt to eat.
Sandy beach to the Olympic villa located 30 minutes walking, Fira of Barcelona
and España square located to 10 minutes by subway.
Catalonia Square and Las Ramblas located 10 minutes by subway. Good connections
by metro and bus to visit the city. Good night live.
This flat is ideal apt for executives and families. The apartment is not
available to receive groups of young people.
Area provided of excellent services. Good restaurants, pubs, stores, and nice
shops. Supermarket and pharmacy 5 minutes walk.

coast only
20 miles
from the
airport and
is easily
found. The
property is
in a quiet
village of
established
private
villas and
houses. In
the village
there is a
deep cove
with a
beach. To
the east is
Es Trenc,
one of the
largest and
most famous
beaches in
Mallorca.

There are
also many
bars and
restaurants.
Choose from
a quality
fish
restaurant,
to a burger
bar and
pizza
restaurant
which will
happily
supply
