fireplace, satellite-TV, stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2
beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer).
Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Terrace 12
m². Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). View of the sea and the mountains.
Facilities: washing machine,
tumble dryer. Reserved parking, fenced (4 cars). The living room
on the ground floor is actually a gym room: exercise bike, abdominiser, step
machine. Shower/WC. Electric radiators. Fan Coolers. Colour TV with video and
DVD. |

Away from busy tourist areas. We collaborated with a 2% , of our investments
by means of VISA, in UNICEF.
Urb. Santa Maria: Detached house 800 m from the centre of Cubelles, in a sunny
position on a slope. Private: grounds 1000 m² (fenced), lawn and flowers,
swimming pool (4 x
6 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Supermarket,
restaurant, bar 500 m. Sandy beach, tennis 2 km, golf course 12 km. and Pitch
& Putt, Rent Horses, Sportive Port, Barcelona and Tarragona are 35 minutes
away (by motorway), Sitges 10 minutes, PortAventura Park. 40 minutes. Bakery,
ambulance and medical services within 500 m. Grounds with lighting, partly with
paved terrace 200 m². Picnic area, with stone barbecue, terrace furniture.
Table tennis table. Basketball net. It is possible to rent 2 bikes (optional:
60 euros per stay). Garden and swimming pool maintenance once a week.
