Si desea efectuar una reclamación, por favor, debe dirigirla al propietario
por escrito con copia a nosotros antes de 30 dias, tal y como se describe en
las Condiciones Generales de Reserva, con una descripción detallada del
motivo de reclamación. Una vez estudiada la reclamación se le notificará la
resolución. Si está de acuerdo, deberá firmar un documento de aceptación. Si
la resolución incluye algún tipo de compensación económica, se le remitirá
por transferencia bancaria una vez firmada la aceptación de resolución.
